We are currently looking for a Facilities Manager to oversee our East Coast locations, we are opening more locations every year!
Facilities Manager Responsibilities :
- Oversees maintenance, safety, and property management including repairs
- Works with construction, vendors, and contractors as well as operation teams
- Develop and manage daily and weekly work schedules to minimize downtime on operations
- Ensures all maintenance and repairs are done correctly, including inspections
Facilities Manager Requirements :
- At least 4+ yrs of experience or degree in manufacturing, including electrical and equipment
- 3+ years of project management; including maintenance, mechanical, and facilities knowledge
- MUST have experience in restaurants, including multi-state and multi-unit
- Administrative & computer skills : Microsoft, IOS, and EcoTrak
- Experience with restaurants or retail is preferred
- 50% travel, 50% remote
- Japanese language is a plus!
