Key Responsibilities : We are seeking a dynamic Senior Accountant to actively manage our daily operations. Reporting to the Director of Accounting, this role involves direct engagement in general ledger, month-end and year-end processes, accounts payable, cash receipts, and various reconciliations.
Responsibilities include : Overseeing the monthly and quarterly close process and related reporting for company subsidiariesAssessing current practices and procedures, and making recommendations for improvementsRecording various revenue streams, billing, and account reconciliationsManaging intercompany billing of receivables, tracking outstanding balances, and reconciliationsSupporting the accounts payable function for select business linesAssisting in the annual financial statement audit of the parent company, including writing process narrativesPlaying an integral role in NetSuite implementation and post-implementation administration Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and performing reconciliation for select business unitsCreating ad hoc reporting as requested Qualifications & Experience : Bachelor's degree in Accounting3-5 years of public accounting experience or a combo of public and private experienceCPA or pursuing preferredThorough knowledge of U.
S.
