We are looking for a Remote Customer Support Agent. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has the drive to succeed and is passionate about the Sales industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for learning about customers' needs and being an active part of the sales process.

Address customer inquiries in a positive, friendly manner. Collaborate with other departments to develop workable business solutions to customer satisfaction issues.
