Talent Corps is currently seeking a reliable and experienced licensed Solar Electrician to work with a wide range of projects.
This is based in Richmond, VA .

Responsibilities :
- Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs on solar energy systems
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure electrical designs comply with industry standards and codes
- Conduct inspections and troubleshooting to identify electrical issues and determine appropriate solutions
- Install and connect electrical components, including inverters, wiring, and solar panels
- Test and commission solar energy systems to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Complete documentation and recordkeeping related to electrical work
- Provide technical support to other teams within the company and assist with training new hires
Requirements :
- Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical installations and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components
- Familiarity with solar energy systems and related equipment
- Proficiency in interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to following safety protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to Travel
- Tread and Bending of Rigid Pipe experience
