You have completed a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree. You may have also obtained an advanced degree in similar fields.

You have worked in a related technical role for at least 12 years and are ready to join Framatome and help deliver clean, safe energy and advance nuclear technology.

As a BWR Technical Operations Manager in Lynchburg, VA (remote work will also be considered), you will be part of the proven team in the Installed Base Business Unit.

Your work will include :

• As an Operations Manager, you will be part of a growing BWR Services Product Line in the Outage Services Organization.
• You will be responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships with customers, management, and employees while continuing to seek opportunities to expand.
• You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the group which includes planning and executing to Framatome standards.
• The Operations Manager is the technical point of contact for the field leadership.
• T his position requires seasonal spring and fall travel to various utilities, both BWR and PWR.

This position requires up to 50% travel. Together we will enable clean, safe, and economical low-carbon energy to meet the global ambition for a better tomorrow.

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $127,000 - $173,000 and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits.

Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
