You’ll learn trade skills through a combination of classroom learning and hands-on practice working side-by-side with experienced technicians on a fast-paced shop floor.

Earn while you learn.

Speedy Glass offers a competitive starting salary and incremental pay raises as you gain expertise.

You will start the program at $18.40 an hour. When you complete the program, your hourly rate will go up to $23 an hour, a $4.

60-an-hour raise. You will also be eligible to participate in our bonus and incentive pay programs.

Upon successful completion of the program and passing the Certified Technician standardized test as specified by the Auto Glass Safety Council (AGSC), you receive a Certificate of Apprenticeship.

Are you ready to take advantage of the Fix Network Apprenticeship Program? Program qualifications include :

• At least18 years old
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• A state-issued driver’s license or the ability to obtain one.
• Must pass a criminal background check and a motor vehicle records check.

After you complete the paid classroom, distance and hands-on learning and pass the Certified Technician standardized test as specified by the AGSC, you will be ready to grow in your auto glass career.
