Job Posting : Customer Care Associate / Inside Sales

Salary : $70,000 to $80,000 + Commission & Benefits

Your role will be crucial in providing exceptional service to our valued clients and driving our sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with new leads generated by outbound call programs to introduce and promote company products.
- Follow up on prospective and active clients, maintaining and reporting project statuses in the CRM system (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Listen to customer concerns, providing detailed product and service information.
- Present new products and services to customers and clients.
- Determine the most efficient way to respond to client inquiries.
- Escalate queries and issues as necessary and troubleshoot common problems.
- Take on additional projects as needed, demonstrating a strong work ethic and interest in the manufacturing industry.

A proactive approach to problem-solving, along with excellent communication skills, will be essential. The candidate should be detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Key Skills and Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in biology or a related field.
- Experience : Minimum of 3 years in an inside sales role, preferably within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
- Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Sales Skills : Strong phone presence and experience in making frequent calls.
- Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written skills for clear and effective communication.
