Title : VMS Program Coordinator
Location : 4- 5 months Contract
Duration : Hybrid in St. Paul, MN 55102
Description
This role is more operational than technical and will be a hybrid work arrangement in St. Paul, MN.
Job responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Level 1 support for Managers, Contractors, HR for Fieldglass issues via support distribution list
- Day-to-day communication, coordination with end-users including managers
- Resolve worker access issues
- Review daily integration errors and fix worker records when needed
- Monitor and resolve data quality issues
- Contractor to FTE conversions
- Trigger resp code updates
- OCR submission for new respcode / location code combinations
- Support of Supplier Diversity program
- Monitor of contract interface and resolve issues as necessary.
SAP Fieldglass experience preferred
