About the Company :

Our client is a leader in design and manufacturing of liquid level gauges and sensors. They are looking for an Inside Sales Engineer to work remotely.

If the candidate lives in Minnesota, this is a plus.

About the Role :

  • Become familiar with product offerings and technical details.
  • Through telephone, email, social media contact potential customers to qualify them using cold calling and other sales techniques.
  • Must be able to work well with others as well as meet with clients to complete customer-centered projects.
  • Build strong relationships with current / potential customers and demonstrate why our company / products are their best choice for their liquid level sensor requirements.
  • Closing sales and providing technical support for customers.
  • Consult with subject matter experts to analyze products and customer requirements.

Qualifications :

  • 2-5 years of inside sales and customer or technical service experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field.
  • Ability to effectively build relationships with customers using all forms of communication.
  • Willingness to call equipment manufactures to determine if they purchase liquid level sensors.
  • Solid oral and written business communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), 3D Modeling, MS Dynamics AX 2012, Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience with applicable agency standards (UL, CE, CRN, ATEX, etc.) is a plus.
  • Good organizational and work prioritization skills.
