Aboutthe role
The senior UX Designer will workclosely with multiple crossfunctional stakeholders to analyze thedealer experience of a B2B digital platform and build a newplatform concept to improve the current situation.
The existingdigital landscape is complex and built around a vast number ofdifferent systems and apps. The project will require a thoroughinvestigation of the current dealer journey and mapping out thefull ecosystem to identify dependencies and major pain points.
Oncea solid foundation and deep understanding of the needs and requiredtasks of both the dealer and the organization are established a newvision and concrete concept should be developed and evaluated.
TheUX designer will work closely with a dedicated servicedesigner.
The purpose of the project isto build a vision and concept on how to optimize the dealerexperience and build a foundation for a major B2B platform upgradeor a completely new solution.

- Interest in handling complexity and turning data intovalueadding services.
- Ability to managedaytoday work to ensure UX / UI consistency and understand differentcustomer needs.
- Experience working closelywith design and development of digital experiences in a corporateenvironment.
- Ability to bridge stakeholdersacross functions and translate customer and user needs into newbusiness / user experience opportunities.
- Experience in quickly creating UX prototypes to validatewith stakeholders and customers.

Toolsand required level of expertise
- Proficient in Figma design tool and the ability to createhighfidelity mockups and wireframes for desktop and mobileinterfaces.
- Strong understanding of UX designprinciples and demonstrated experience in designing for web andmobile platforms.
- Strong understanding ofcustomer experience analysis strategic systems thinking and handsonservice creation research and evaluation.
- Ability to design reusable components icons andillustrations that can be used across different pages andplatforms.
- Familiarity with design systems andthe ability to create and maintain a style guide to ensureconsistency across designs.
- Strongcollaboration skills and the ability to work closely with servicedesigners developers etc.
- Familiarity withdesign accessibility principles and the ability to designinterfaces that are inclusive and accessible to allusers.
- Good communication skills and theability to explain and motivate design decisions to stakeholdersand clients.
