Position : Physical Therapist

Job Description :

Enters necessary information on patient's charts concerning all treatments administered, daily progress, and condition of patients. Thorough and neat.

Carries out treatment in accordance with physician's prescription.

Works in a manner conductive to the safety of self and patient.

Displays exceptional skill in community with patients and managing difficult situations.

Demonstrates proper judgment and decision-making skills when directing others.

Directs workflow effectively to meet production / area goals.

Is willing and demonstrates the ability to cooperate, work, and

communicate with coworkers.

Displays outstanding level of initiative with little or no supervision. Works efficiently in a specified period.

Seeks out ways to improve workload and eliminate waste.

Displays outstanding level of enthusiasm and interest about the job and practice.

Able to supply knowledge of anatomy and physiology to the treatment of patients.

Demonstrates proper use and care of all equipment and materials used in the performance of duties.

Maintains all continuing education, licensure, and state board requirements as well as facility requirements such as TB, CPR, and other employee health requirement. Qualifications :

Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license

2 years recent experience

Knowledge of Cerner (Oracle) EMR would be a plus

Listed pay packages are based on weekly gross amounts.
