Position : Transportation Group Manager
Location : Tulsa or Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Salary Range : $135,000-$170,000 annually

- Business Development : Demonstrate a strong ability to win new work and contribute to the growth of the transportation group.
Requirements :
- Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Licensing : Oklahoma Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Experience : 5+ years in transportation engineering, with a focus on project management.
- Software Proficiency : Expertise in InRoads, OpenRoads, and Microsoft Products.
- Technical Skills : In-depth knowledge of AASHTO Green Book, Roadside Design Guide, and MUTCD.
- Technical Expertise : Proficiency in geometric design of urban and rural highways / roadways, 3D design tools, roadway, drainage, construction sequencing, traffic control, and utility relocation coordination.
- Communication : Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and effectively.
Compensation Includes :
- Performance bonuses and profit-sharing (25% of company profits distributed).
- 401k retirement plan with up to 5% company match.
