Qualifications- High school diploma / GED; AA in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance preferred.- 4+ years of manufacturing experience, with hydraulic and induction furnace knowledge.
- Experience maintaining large industrial equipment and reading blueprints.- PLC programming, welding, and electrical systems experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team. ISO 9001 experience is a plus.Key Responsibilities- Install and maintain production machines and foundry equipment.
- Conduct emergency repairs and scheduled maintenance.- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
- Ensure safety regulations are followed and maintain clean work areas.- Perform preventive maintenance and assist with annual shutdowns.
Physical Requirements-Regular bending, lifting, standing, pushing, and pulling of heavy parts and machines.
