GENERAL SUMMARY :
Works independently with investigators and clinicians in the design, implementation and analyses of research studies. Develops goals, methodology and procedures to be carried out.
Provides in-depth analysis of studies using a variety of statistical methods and prepare interpretive reports. Devises and documents new approaches to statistical analyses.
Conducts seminars on statistical analyses, as appropriate. Acts as a technical resource and provides guidance to support personnel.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
- Master's degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, or Engineering.
- Minimum of three years of experience in applied biostatistics consulting required,
- OR Minimum of one specific manuscript, abstract, and / or presentation resulting as work products in a biostatistics (medical / public health) position.
