Katalyst Group is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst on behalf of a non-profit delivering tremendous impact to the communities it serves through the delivery of healthcare and education-based services.
Job Overview :
- The Senior Financial Analyst will play a vital role in performing financial planning and analysis activities for the agency’s internal departments as well as sub-grantees.
- The Senior Financial Analyst will support the mission of the organization by managing the budgets of assigned departments, collaborating with key sub-grantee personnel to capture program expenses, forecast monthly expenses, and ensure compliance with funder policies and procedures.
- Senior Financial Analysts (or Financial Analysts ready to advance in their career) with a minimum of five years of non-profit finance and grant management and reporting experience, which seek an opportunity to serve in an organization delivering access to education programs across the nation will find this to be an exciting role, contributing to a finance function that serves as a busines partner to program and executive leadership.
