Role Overview :
As a Project Coordinator, you will be the vital link between our clients, designers, and internal teams, ensuring that all project details are efficiently managed.
You'll play a key role in the pre-construction phase, helping to gather and organize project information, attend meetings, and assist with communication and documentation.
This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and has strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the sales process by organizing and gathering project information, selections, and client specifications.
- Attend meetings with clients, designers, and internal teams, taking notes and publishing agendas.
- Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and key milestones to ensure projects stay on track.
- Assist in the selection process for materials, finishes, and other project details.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Estimators, and Superintendents to ensure smooth communication between teams.
- Maintain project documentation, update BuilderTrend, and ensure that all necessary information is accessible to the team.
- Provide administrative support during the pre-construction phase and ensure all paperwork and documentation are complete.
What We're Looking For :
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably within the residential construction or design industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with project management software (BuilderTrend experience is a plus).
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with a cross-functional team.
- Familiarity with construction processes, materials, and interior design is preferred.
