We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support a busy professional. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong email management abilities, and a willingness to handle various tasks, including chauffeur duties.
This position requires a flexible schedule, including availability to travel on weekends, and the ability to interact comfortably with children.
- Key Responsibilities : *
- Manage and organize daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle email correspondence efficiently, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Provide chauffeur services, including driving to appointments, events, and other locations as needed.
- Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Be available for weekend travel and events.
- Oversee household tasks and errands as required.
- Interact positively and effectively with children, ensuring their safety and well-being during activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Qualifications : *
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and travel.
- Comfortable and experienced in engaging with children.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
