SUMMARY
The Manager responsible for Healthcare Partnerships will manage, plan, implement, evaluate and expand all Feeding Tampa Bay programs with healthcare providers in the community, including but not limited to : food pharmacies, food "prescription" programs, medical pantries, programming in the FTB onsite health education center, and hospital food-insecurity mitigation programs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Design and implement programs that support the organization's mission, vision, and goals in the healthcare partnerships space.
Routinely monitor program operations for quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Build and cultivate strong relationships with healthcare partners to design, implement and grow food programs in the healthcare space, primarily within the BayCare program portfolio.
- Responsible for establishing and executing data collection and evaluation parameters in conjunction with community partners with a focus on processes to measure desired and actual program outcomes.
- Collection, evaluation, and reporting program data internally as well as to partners and funders.
- Provides consistent first point of contact and troubleshooting with healthcare partners and their collaborating team members.
- Responsible for site visits to all existing programs and new healthcare partner program sites to ensure adherence to appropriate policy, monitoring, reporting, and quality assurance measures across all programs managed.
- Provides training to program partners and volunteers to ensure program compliance is met.
- Travels throughout the food bank's service area to promote healthcare partnerships and other FTB programs.
- Participates as needed in food distributions (various formats).
- Cross-trains on all food programs (AMP, SFSP, GOTG, School Pantries, Workforce Development).
- Provides backup support, as needed, for other programs and programs department staff.

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE :
- Bachelor's degree and / or 5-7 years' experience in non-profit, healthcare, or human services, with proficiency in program and project development, implementation, management, and evaluation.
- Extensive experience in developing and managing programs within the non-profit sector.
- In-depth knowledge of community dynamics, program systems, program evaluation, and management, with demonstrated expertise in data collection and analysis.
- Exceptional customer service skills, including building and nurturing relationships, and fostering collaboration.
- Proficient in both oral and written communication, with a track record of effective communication across diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adept time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently to meet deadlines.
- Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
- Flexibility to attend evening and weekend meetings and willingness to travel as needed.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, capable of thriving in a diverse environment, and adept at creative and strategic thinking.
- Comfortable and experienced in utilizing G-suite and Microsoft Office
- Team player committed to supporting Feeding Tampa Bay's mission and objectives.
- Possess a valid Driver's License
- Have a clean driving record.
