Job Summary : The Marketing Agent will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire organization in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
This role involves working closely with other team members to support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop Marketing Strategies :
- Create comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote products / services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Campaign Execution :
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Brand Management :
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visuals across all marketing materials.
- Maintain and update the company's brand guidelines.
Customer Engagement :
- Develop strategies to engage and build relationships with customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media and other platforms.
Collaboration :
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Event Management :
- Plan and coordinate events such as trade shows, product launches, and promotions.
- Manage event logistics and promotional activities.
Qualifications :
- Strong understanding of current marketing trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media platforms).
