Key Responsibilities :

Design Creation : Develop engaging graphics for product packaging, promotional materials, social media, and digital content.

Ensure all designs are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.

• Brand Consistency : Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all channels, ensuring consistency in design and messaging.
• Collaborate : Work closely with the marketing team, product team, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality visual solutions.
• Innovate : Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices. Bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to keep our visuals engaging and modern.
• Review & Revise : Handle feedback and revisions efficiently. Ensure final designs are accurate, on-brand, and ready for print or digital application.
• Project Management : Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and ensure all deliverables are completed to the highest standard.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in a corporate or product-focused setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects feature digital and print.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Experience with both digital and print materials.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling visuals.
• Motion graphics and web design experience (HTML / CSS) is a plus.

Skills & Abilities :

• Working knowledge of print technology and production processes.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.
• Strong layout, color theory, and typography skills.
• Ability to adapt to feedback and evolving project requirements.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills, able to juggle multiple projects efficiently.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Motion graphics skills are a plus.

Supervisory Responsibility :

No direct supervisor responsibilities.

Environmental / Physical Requirements :

• May sit or stand for long periods of time
• Crouching, kneeling, standing, walking, pushing, and lifting on a daily basis
• Operating computer, telephone, voicemail and other office equipment regularly
• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs on a regular basis

FLSA Status : Exempt

Hours Full Time : 9 : 00 a.m. 5 : 00 p.m. (30 minute lunch), Monday Friday

Position Location : Clearwater, FL
