Responsibilities
Capture high-quality photos and videos of residential and commercial properties.
Utilize drones for aerial footage.
Operate cameras to create three-dimensional property models.
Requirements :
Previous experience in real estate photography and videography.
Proficiency in drone operation and camera technology.
Ability to work independently and with flexibility.
FAA Part certification (for drone operations).
Liability insurance.
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Required equipment :
1 smartphone (iPhone or Android)
1 camera (preferably full frame)
1 wide-angle lens (12-24mm, 14-24mm, 16-35mm, or similar with minimal distortion)
1 camera (preferably Ricoh Theta Z1 or Insta ONE RS 1-Inch Edition)
1 tripod with a 3-way head
