JOB DESCRIPTION Would you like to launch your career with one of the most successful logistics organizations worldwide? Here at Quick Specialty Logistics, our Jericho site is looking for new Warehouse Specialist to join us Air Logistics team.
Your Role
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for all aspects of the warehouse functions including the receiving, storing, handling, shipping and preparing of product for customer delivery while maintaining the warehouse in a safe and orderly fashion.
Your Responsibilities
- Receive shipments of equipment, servers, routers, racking and follow receiving procedures. Store all assets properly. and inventory them into the Q-trak inventory system and other agreed upon Morgan Stanley internal systems
- Pack equipment onsite and prepare outbound shipments for transport
- Work in Q-trak operating system using inventory system
- Maintain all asset inventory records for the site and conduct regular reporting
- Identify any damages to shipments when received and follow escalation procedures immediately.
- Quick resources to follow packing procedures noted in the packing procedures for IT equipment for all loose equipment.
- This role requires a flexible schedule (extended hours or evenings, weekends and holidays as required).
- Report to Data Center Regional Manager
Your Skills and Experiences
- 1-3 years of related warehouse experience
- 6+ months of Customer Service experience
- High School diploma or GED required with equivalent work experience

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles.
Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
