74 - $29.63 per hour Preferably YOU have : Demonstrated success working with customers Inventory sales / order systems experience Prior experience in industrial distribution or construction supply Manage and coordinate required materials on projects with existing customer base with direction and collaboration from customer and OSR.

Establish relationships with purchasing / vendors to procure necessary materials to meet customer timelines. Identify project requirements with similar projects, systems, and business procedures.

Work directly with the Field / PM’s to schedule deliveries, meet installation deadlines, and resolve issues. Provide regular project status updates.

Engage with supervisors / customers regarding project progress and associated issues. Assess plans and schedules from other involved functions to ensure alignment with the master schedule.

Resolve scheduling conflicts and inter-functional discrepancies. Take part in or lead daily, weekly, or monthly meetings.

Review and monitor project status, highlighting any deviations or unfavorable trends. Coordinate with the sales team throughout its lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
