Compensation :
$85,000 - $178,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Identify business opportunities in target regions of San Diego, CA, US to expand our client base for luxury real estate sales
- Manage and qualify inbound sales inquiries efficiently to convert leads into appointments for our agents to respond promptly
- Organize and maintain a database of prospective and past clients, ensuring up-to-date information for effective lead management
- Engage with prospects through various communication channels like email and phone calls to nurture them in the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
- Provide monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to track progress towards achieving company goals in the luxury real estate market
Qualifications :
- A valid Real Estate License is required or the willingness to obtain one is essential
- Demonstrating a genuine passion for the real estate industry is a must
