Job Summary
As an Account Coordinator in the license and permit bond space, you will be responsible for any operational aspects of an account as well as day-to-day activities.
This position will require a positive and coachable attitude to be successful. Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills are required.
On the job training will be provided.
General Responsibilities
Critical Job Functions :
- Performs tasks associated with the maintenance and building of client accounts.
- Assists team with plans designed to meet specific client needs.
- Gathers information from clients and partners as needed to help plan and schedule client meeting and assists with the coordination of client projects.
- Serves as a liaison between the internal team personnel to provide support and coordination.
- Communicate with the team about operations activities to meet daily deadlines.
- May ensure that all duties are completed within service level agreements.
- Any additional tasks required by the manager
Skills & Qualifications :

Educational requirement :
- High School / GED Education.
- Demonstrate a strong proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Ability to obtain the Associate in Fidelity and Surety Bonding designation within the first year.
