Position Overview :

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Technician to join our quality assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing visual, mechanical, and electrical inspections on various parts, subassemblies, and completed assemblies.

Your work will be critical in ensuring that our products meet the stringent requirements of industry standards, including IPC-610 and IPC-620 Class III.

Key Responsibilities :

Inspection : Conduct visual, mechanical, and electrical inspections on parts, subassemblies, completed assemblies, production processes, and final products.

Ensure all items meet industry standards such as IPC-610 and IPC-620 Class III.

• Final Inspections : Perform final inspections and post-acceptance test inspections on internally and externally manufactured items, ensuring compliance with company and industry quality standards.
• Documentation : Accurately document inspection results, non-conformances, and any required corrective actions. Maintain detailed records to support the quality management system.
• Collaboration : Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement improvements in processes and products.
• Quality Standards : Uphold the company’s commitment to quality by ensuring that all inspected items meet the rigorous requirements of our ISO 9001 certification.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in quality inspection, preferably in a manufacturing or high-tech environment.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as IPC-610 and IPC-620 Class III.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately document inspection results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to resolve quality issues.
