Key Responsibilities :

• Perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments and repairs on Mazda vehicles in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Conduct routine maintenance services, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid replacements.
• Efficiently diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using advanced tools and equipment.
• Stay current with Mazda technology and innovations through ongoing training and self-study.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors to communicate repair details, timelines, and recommendations to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts usage, and labor hours for each service.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and dealership policies.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction with completed repairs.

What We're Looking For :

• Experience : Minimum of 1-2 years as a Mazda Technician or equivalent experience.
• Technical Skills : Proficient in diagnosing and repairing Mazda vehicles, with a strong understanding of Mazda-specific systems and components.
• Problem Solving : Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to tackle complex automotive issues.
• Diagnostic Tools : Experience using diagnostic tools and equipment specific to Mazda vehicles.
• Knowledge : Familiarity with Mazda service manuals and repair procedures.
• Certifications : ASE certification or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Teamwork : Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Commitment to Excellence : Dedication to maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.
