- Responsible for manufacturing production cell design using lean manufacturing principles. Design, fabricate, and troubleshoot production fixtures and equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team to determine root cause of supplier and production defects. Lead the design and verify implementation and effectiveness.
- Lead production job hazard analysis and mitigate risks.
- Responsible for designing, implementing, and sustaining production processes. Train production operators.
- Ownership of production routings in SAP. Utilize Kaizen events and lean tools to continuously improve overall labor productivity.
