About our Company

We are seeking a dynamic Revenue Manager to join our LINE DC team. A successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in prior hotel reservations and / or revenue roles, a genuine passion for the hospitality industry, and a desire to develop into a Director of Revenue Management.

This role works for the one hotel and on-property at the LINE DC hotel.

Responsibilities

1. Must be courteous and gracious, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times

2. Establish and maintain good communications and teamwork with fellow colleagues and other departments within the hotel

3. Adhere to all standards of operations, policies and procedures, manuals, memos and verbal instructions

4. Maintain open door communication with employees

5. Maximize overall room revenue on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis as well as apply yield strategies provided by the Area Director of Revenue Management to achieve or exceed budgeted room revenues and market share penetration goals

6. Prepare and analyze daily, weekly and monthly segmentation pace reports and set and implement selling strategies based on pace and market conditions

7. Collaborate and communicate with Reservation Department staff ensuring that proper selling strategies and standard operating procedures are in place and adhered to

8. Runs weekly Revenue Management Strategy meeting with the Area Director of Revenue to include critiques, tracking, competitive analysis and future strategies for all market segments

9. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leaders on all matters relating to room revenue, and provide room revenue and occupancy forecasts for operational departments

10. Provide support in the preparation of the Rooms Revenue Budget and Market penetration goals annually

11. Ensure staff understands their job expectations before holding them accountable

12. Attend relevant meetings

Requirements

1. 1 years’ experience as a Revenue Manager / Revenue Analyst or relevant position with a reputable hotel

2. Knowledge of the local hotel market

3. Strong ability in using MS Office (Excel in particular)

4. Knowledgeable with mathematical concepts. Ability to calculate and analyze trends and pace.

5. Ability to provide clear and concise data, analyze, instruction and guidance to both internal and external audiences as appropriate

6. Knowledge of PMS, GDS, CRS, and OTA platforms

7. Knowledgeable in hotel reservations and operations

8. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

9. Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English Language

10. Excellent organizational and time management skills

11. Excellent attention to detail

12. Ability to multitask

13. Work well under pressure, be a team player
