We are currently seeking a Director of Nursing for our 180-bed skilled nursing facility located in St. Petersburg, Florida.
The successful candidate will possess at least 5 years in senior nursing management, preferably in skilled nursing, hospice, or other geriatric care setting.
A strong record of coaching, mentoring, and team building; including the development of licensed and unlicensed staff into leadership and supervisory roles is a must.
Excellent organizational and management skills including the ability to delegate operational tasks and design / control clinical systems and workflow are also necessary.
The ability to expertly guide the development of clinical policies in keeping with recognized best practices while incorporating innovative and novel approaches to improve quality of care.
You must also possess the analytical rigor to manage clinical systems, processes, and data flow in addition to having excellent interpersonal skills and mission commitment to manage staff at all levels.
