The Senior Financial Consolidation Accountant will manage the financial consolidation process for U.S. and international operations, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance while collaborating with various departments and overseeing integration and audits.
RESPONSIBILITIES / COMPANY HIGHLIGHTS :
- Lead the monthly consolidation process for financial statements, including reviewing consolidation and reconciling intercompany balances.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial statements, including the income statement, balance sheet, and statement of cash flows.
- Collaborate with tax, legal, and treasury departments on legal entity reorganizations and cash repatriation plans.

QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with a preference for both public and industry experience.
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical accounting skills.
