2025 Global Finance & Business Management Analyst Program – Summer Analyst (DE, IL, OH, TX)

As a Summer Analyst in the Global Finance & Business Management Analyst Program, you will collaborate with our top-tier professionals to influence and shape crucial decisions and initiatives that support our businesses across the firm.

This 9-week internship program delivers in-depth industry training, peer mentorship and hands-on experience. You’ll be placed as a member on one of our finance teams where you’ll work within one of the following functional groups : Business Management, Controller, Financial Analysis, and Project Management.

This role is a pipeline to our full-time Global Finance & Business Management Analyst Program. Upon successful completion of the internship, you may receive an offer to return for the Global Finance & Business Management Analyst Program as a Full-Time Analyst in the same location as your internship.

This is a 2-year program comprised of two 12-month long rotations, experiencing different functional groups and lines of business.

The responsibilities below align to each of our functional groups Business Management, Controller, Financial Analysis, and Project Management

Job responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business and group heads by identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks and optimizing business performance by driving key initiatives.
  • Ensure the overall integrity and validity of the financial statements and controls over the transaction cycle; perform critical reporting and controls functions for the organization, including legal entity, financial and regulatory and product valuation.
  • Create meaningful analysis and reporting in support of our businesses. Coordinate with partners across the firm to provide financial and strategic analysis, creation, oversight and coordination of budgeting and forecasting.
  • Contribute to programs that are large scale and comprised of multiple projects and work streams. Initiatives drive cross line of business or firmwide agendas for implementation of new regulations, standards or policies. 6

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Pursuing a ., ., or 5th year . or ., with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
  • Relevant internship experience and leadership in school or community organizations
  • A well-rounded academic background with an interest in financial management and data analysis

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
  • Working knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools
