Project Coordinator
Day to Day :
Insight Global is looking for a project coordinator at a large government client. In this role the project coordinator will be receiving Infrastructure Service Requests (ISR) from different agencies within the company and work to understand the business requirement and make sure that the team can execute on it.
In this role, they will be meeting and consulting with Subject Matter Experts on tasks and projects related to Telecommunication services such as WAN, WLAN, MLAN, etc.
and coordinating with different agencies to make sure the project is on track and all items are being hit. In this role you could be working on up to 50 ISRs at one time so being able to multi-task is a huge plus.
Must Haves :
- 5+ Years of experience as a Project Coordinator / Project Manager
- Working on IT or Network Projects
- Experience working in a large enterprise environment
- Experience using Remedy, SharePoint, and MS Project in past roles
- Ability to follow the PMO process, and ensure team is on track to hit deliverables and to hold teams accountable as working on multiple projects at once
Compensation :
$45 / hr to $55 / hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
