Key ResponsibilitiesRecommend, configure, and optimize Workday HCM and Talent Management solutionsAnticipate and plan for module enhancements based on strategic initiatives and best practicesDesign and implement innovative solutions to complex HCM-related challengesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher plus 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experienceComprehensive Workday HCM product knowledgeExperience with Business Process Configuration, Calculated Fields, and Basic reportingAgile experience using Scrum and / or Kanban methodology with Jira5-6 years of Workday experience preferred, with advanced knowledge of Talent Management module
