Job Description : Owner Direct Sales
Position : Electrical Services Consultant (ESC)
In this position you will exercise the initiative to find new prospects; to develop proper sales plans
with your acting sales manager; to engage leads, prospects, and customers; and to participate in
consulting, delivery and closing (EPM) Electrical Preventive Maintenance service agreements while opening additional opportunities for Nolin Electric, Inc.
as a full-service contractor.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
Develop and consult EPM Multi-Year, Electrical Preventive Maintenance Service Agreements for such
vertical markets as (Healthcare, Manufacturing, Education, Data Centers, Schools, Commercial
Office Buildings, Transportation, etc.)
- Prospect and qualify new-sales leads, while following specific activity levels
- Specifically follow a proven Sales Process and Selling System already in place.
- Utilize proper sales tools
- Schedule weekly Discovery meetings and presentations with prospects, customers, and clients
- Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company services and products
- Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account
information daily
- Communicate customer and prospect service and product pain points to proper departments
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
- Develop strong relationships
- Meet and / or exceed both activity sales plans and quotas
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
Qualifications :
- A technical background or knowledge of the electrical industry is preferred but not required
- An understanding of the construction industry and contracting is preferred but not required
- 2-4 years’ experience in selling and consulting in a Commercial and Industrial setting
- Strong relationship selling and closing skills
- A strong background in business, marketing, communications, or related field
- A proven ability / track record in meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent people skills
- Highly self-motivated
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of CRM systems
Compensation :
$80,000.00 a year (plus paid quarterly commissions)
