Job Summary :
Chick-fil-A Athens is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaning and Inventory Stocking Team Member.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant and ensuring that inventory is stocked and organized efficiently.
This position plays a critical role in delivering a clean and welcoming environment for our guests and ensuring that our team has the necessary supplies to provide exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities :
Cleaning Duties :
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, restrooms, kitchen, and other common areas.
- Perform daily and deep cleaning tasks as assigned, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste.
- Clean and maintain equipment and tools according to Chick-fil-A standards.
Inventory Stocking Duties :
- Receive and unpack deliveries, verifying the accuracy and quality of items received.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated areas, ensuring that items are easily accessible for team members.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to the management team to prevent shortages.
- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
General Responsibilities :
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
- Assist with other tasks as needed, including helping in the kitchen or front-of-house during busy periods.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational goals and maintain high standards of service.
Qualifications :
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
