Concierge- Evanston
The employee will be responsible for :
- Offer exceptional customer service to all clients, guests, and customers.
- Identify and report security threats, unsafe conditions, or hazards, and / or other emergency situations.
- Site-specific duties and tasks based on assignment, which include customer service, lobby / visitor reception, and crowd control.
- Write detailed incident reports including how the issue was resolved.
Minimum Qualifications :
- You must be 21 years of age
- Strong customer service
- Valid PERC & 20 HR Security Training Certificate
- Understanding of security operations
