Position Summary

As the Lead Talent Acquisition Partner at Array, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our continued growth.

This position requires someone who has natural leader capabilities, strategic-minded with a data-driven approach, and strong interpersonal skills to partner with leaders to build high-performing teams that align with our company's goals.

This role will also help develop and maintain Array’s employer branding to attract diverse and qualified candidates to help our teams thrive.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the development and execution of recruitment strategies to meet the staffing needs of the organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create detailed job descriptions and candidate profiles.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit with company culture.
  • Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Take the lead in refreshing and enhancing our employment brand to effectively attract top talent.
  • Implement innovative recruitment strategies that align with our refreshed employment brand.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and employment branding.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a senior recruiter or talent advisor, preferably in the legal or professional services industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, employment branding, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
