Roles & Responsibilities :

We are seeking a dedicated Software Engineer with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MS SQL Server and .

NET technologies. This role involves developing testing and maintaining software applications that align with our companys goals and contribute to societal advancements.

Responsibilities

Develop high-quality software design and architecture using MS SQL Server and .NET technologies.

Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from planning and prioritizing to testing and release.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software applications to ensure optimal performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.

Ensure the best possible performance quality and responsiveness of applications.

Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.

Maintain code quality organization and automatization.

Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software development processes.

Develop and execute unit tests to ensure software quality.

Document development processes code changes and other technical information.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our software remains current and competitive.

Contribute to the overall success of the team by sharing knowledge and expertise.

Qualifications

Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

Have 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience with MS SQL Server and .NET technologies.

Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Show proficiency in writing clean scalable and maintainable code.

Have experience with version control systems such as Git.

Display a proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and improving existing skills.

Nice to have experience with front-end technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Salary and Other Compensation :

The annual salary for this position is between $44,500K - $65,500K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
