Monday, Tuesday, Friday 4 : 00PM 7 : 00PM
Saturday and Sunday 9 : 00AM 7 : 00PM
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive
- Must have a positive and welcoming attitude
- Requires good customer service
- Good communication, organizational skills are required
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone / email
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Communicate with residents and visitors in a professional manner.
- Dress Attire Business Casual
- Some receptionist experience is helpful.
