DISTRICTPROPERTY MANAGER (Permanent)
Ourclient an established Property Management Company headquartered inWNY is looking to hire a District Property Manager to join theirgrowing team.
Responsibilities :
- Performdaily responsibilities to manage the general operations ofresidential apartmentcommunities
- Manage78 Property Managers at a time providing guidance andmentorship
- Workclosely with Managers in overseeing theproperties
- Monitoreach property s performance occupancy rates and tenantsatisfaction
- Implementinitiatives to improve the property and increase tenantrates
- Developrelationships with owners and tenants to ensure compliance withcompany policies safety regulations and industrystandards
- Ensureprompt responses and resolutions to tenantissues / concerns
- Workalongside senior management to ensure budgets and financialforecasts are beingfollowed
- Maintainrelationships with vendors to ensure timely maintenance and generalupkeep is beingperformed
- Workwell in a team environment as well asindependently
- Completespecial projects in a timelymanner
- Otherduties as assigned / asnecessary
Details :
- Positionis full time directhire
- 100%inoffice / onsite
- Flexibleschedule but typical hours MF 9 : 00 5 : 00 (some after hoursavailability if something should dire occur on nights orweekends)
- $75000$85000 annually depending on experience plus bonuspotential

- Bachelors degree in Business Management orrelated
- 5years relative experience in PropertyManagement
- Strongorganizational and time managementskills
- Strongcommunication and presentationskills
