We are seeking motivated and hardworking individuals for our Paint Line Production position. Pay Rate : $21 / hour
Shift : Monday-Saturday, rotating 7 AM - 7 PM / 7 PM - 7 AM
Overtime Required : Yes
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain inventory by labeling and storing materials.
- Safely locate, pull, and verify materials for production orders.
- Prepare raw materials for production, ensuring accurate setup.
- Work as a team to complete production setups and ensure seamless job transitions.
- Stitch and connect raw materials (metal) as part of production.
- Visually inspect raw and finished coils for defects like dents or scratches.
- Package coils per customer specifications (using paper, cardboard, shrink wrap, etc.).
- Operate or assist with forklift operations to transport materials safely.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by properly disposing of waste.
- Follow all warehouse safety guidelines.
Job Requirements :
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic mathematics.
- Experience with basic measurements and comfort using a calculator.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs.) for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
