Apply project management principles, practices, and expertise to Workforce Services priority areas, to include but not limited to date metrics, dashboard management and updates, pivot tables, consolidating reports, and managing vacancy and attrition ratesDevelop and manage operations branch structure utilizing applicable Microsoft Office 365 tools such as Microsoft Project and Power BI and / or TableauSupport program administration, process management, and event-support needs in high-visibility areas, such as customer service, student employment, training request, purchase card, recruiting events and toward special initiatives to consolidate data and project it in a way to highlight gaps, deficiencies, and improvement areas SUPERVISION : This position will not have supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE : Master’s Degree and at least ten (10) years of relevant experienceDemonstrate exceptional communication skills and display a commitment to achieving a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and a no-task-too-small approach to the work COMPUTER SKILLS : Skills in operating a personal computer and standard office equipmentMust have strong proficiency in MS Office applications, with a heavy emphasis on Word and Excel skills.
