What Success Looks Like In This Role :
- Provides Operations Management support across broad areas of the company.
- Serves as project manager for critical / complex initiatives.
- Researches and analyzes problems, develops plans, solutions models and recommendations to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Develops recommendations to streamline, reduce costs, enhance effectiveness, improve workflows or improve the client experience outcomes of targeted processes.
- Conducts business diagnostics to identify, quantify and prioritize specific process improvement and change targets.
- Recommends process changes and systems solutions that meet both near-term tactical and long-term strategic needs.
- Works on complex business problems that may include multiple functions and / or diverse technologies.
- Gathers and documents requirements for initiative design and associated project management.
- Provides leadership to cross-functional teams
- Engages with Operations colleagues, business owners and other stakeholders to craft and execute process improvement project plan
- Analyzes routine business issues using data from internal and external sources.
- Develops reports for leadership on the performance and characteristics of various aspects of the business.

What Skills & Experience are Required
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Experience leading and driving collaboration of global teams
- Strong communication skills and client facing relationship building experience
- Prior experience leading improvement and implementation projects for cross functional teams
- Has experience leading IT Service Delivery teams with a focus on Service Desk
- Ability to work with team members, peers and external clients.
- Must be able to manage specific service level agreement (SLA) requirements and Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Data Analytics tools, Microsoft office suite, etc.
