Relocation available! This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly visible and growing renewable energy company operating in a dynamic environment.

Our client is seeking a Senior Analyst, EV Reporting and Analytics for our Finance team. The position focuses on the investment portion of the EV business, providing management reporting, long-range planning, data analysis, budgeting, and financial modeling to the business.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development and maintenance of financial projections, tracking actual performance against plan for EV products.
• Assist with driving cost optimization in product development for existing and future products with a focus on establishment and attainment of cost targets.
• Assist with pricing efforts for EV Products and business planning.
• Analyze key performance indicators, including developing financial models and decision-making tools.
• Provide strategic insights and conclusions based on analysis.
• Guide planning and resource management (e.g., headcount, investment approvals, etc.) for specific verticals, including development of financial forecasts.
• Identify initiatives for improvement of MN8's financial outlook, including developing, tracking, and executing business initiatives with MN8 leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or Economics or related area.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret financial statements preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills (e.g. Microsoft Office applications, financial modeling, etc.)
• Experience using Yardi, QBI and OneStream is preferred.
• Highly driven, motivated and self-starter that excels in a team environment.
• Strong team player with ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels of the organization.
• Humble, roll up your sleeves approach.
• Experience in Electric Power generation industry and / or renewable energy is a plus.
