- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair computing devices and peripherals.
- Manage and resolve support tickets efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventories of assets.
- Deliver high-quality customer service.
- Provide comprehensive end-user IT support across the office.
Minimum Education & Experience Required :
- Education :
- Completion of 60 semester credits , with at least 15 semester credits in a computer-related field, plus 4 months of relevant experience ; OR
- Completion of a vocational or trade school program with 6 months of relevant experience ; OR
- A high school diploma or GED with 12 months of relevant experience
- Relevant Experience Includes :
- Supporting, installing, configuring, maintaining, and repairing computing devices.
- Managing and repairing software and peripheral equipment.
