Quality Assurance Supervisor

• Oversee the validation of materials, final inspections, and issuance of material certifications, ensuring compliance with industry benchmarks and customer requirements.
• Optimize testing protocols and lab operations to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Maintain accurate records of lab equipment calibration and adhere to preventative maintenance schedules.
• Collaborate with teams to analyze deviations, develop corrective actions, and advance quality standards.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to increase the lab’s operational efficiency.
• Develop strategies for quick identification and resolution of atypical test results.
• Train and mentor lab technicians on testing procedures and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular audits and proficiency tests to improve lab standards consistently.
• Address and correct testing discrepancies to ensure test result accuracy and reliability.
• Manage lab personnel to optimize schedules, minimize overtime, and improve team performance.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or equivalent field experience, with at least 8+ years in a lab testing environment and 2+ years in a QA Lab Supervisor, Team Lead, Manager, or similar leadership role in a manufacturing quality laboratory setting.
• Strong analytical skills, adept at interpreting complex data sets.
• Experience in root cause analysis and implementing continuous improvement methods.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
