We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a permanent role that demands a high level of financial acumen, strategic planning, and leadership skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities, managing financial reporting, and coordinating pricing-related activities.
The role also involves managing sales reporting, budgeting, and reforecasting, as well as working on special projects as needed.
Responsibilities :
1. Lead all Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities, including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
2. Coordinate all pricing-related activities, including working closely with plant and procurement teams for inputs. This role involves heavy collaboration across all functions and being responsible for compiling and validating all the inputs.
3. Manage financial reporting, including month-end financial reports (P&L, Balance sheet, cash flow statements, etc.) with comprehensive analysis and commentary.
4. Prepare Financial PowerPoint presentations for CFO and other leaders.
5. Manage all sales reporting, including monthly, daily, ad-hoc, KPI’s, BI reports, etc.
6. Manage all open items and status of any open deals.
7. Conduct post-month review of sales results with the sales team.
8. Work on special projects as needed.
9. Support on Other ADHOC requests to CFO.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or other relevant advanced degree is preferred.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
3. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
4. Proven experience in leading FP&A activities and coordinating pricing-related activities.
5. Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
6. Strong analytical skills and the ability to perform complex financial analysis.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
9. Experience with financial software and systems is a plus.
10. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
