Role : HW Reliability Test Engineer
Type of Hiring : Contract ( 12 Months+)

Location : Beverly, MA, USA - onsite
1. B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical / Electronics Engr or equivalent
2. 7+ years of hands-on experience in HW Reliability Testing.
3. Reliability Test plan development and Test data analysis, Reliability Testing for electrical / electronic products
4. Failure Analysis, Product Characterization, Listening & Communication, Producing Results, Project Management, Accuracy & Attention to Detail, Problem Solving,
5. Hands on knowledge in programming and automation,
6. Familiarity in electronic components like Power supplies, Motor, Drives, IO Controllers, Amplifiers etc.,
7. Should have hands on experience in using test equipment like power supplies, oscilloscopes, function generators etc.
8. A strong analytical and problem solver with excellent verbal and written communication skills, work collaboratively within a cross functional R&D team environment into developing test processes, fixtures, and other electro-mechanical automated equipment.
9. Identifying and implementing cost reduction initiatives
10. Ability to manage Engineering Change activities.
