GrowthAssistant is looking for an E-commerce Advertising Specialist (Meta and TikTok) for our growth marketing team in the US.
We’re seeking a data-driven Paid Social Strategist to manage 5-7 client accounts, onboard new clients, and ensure smooth campaign execution.

The Role
- Manage paid ads on social media for 5-7 client accounts.
- Onboard new clients and learn their brand messaging inside and out.
- Optimize client campaigns using unique, creative strategies and concepts.
- Ideate, script, and storyboard creative concepts for new ads.
- Write compelling copy for paid social ads.
- Track and analyze performance data for campaigns on Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.
The Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in agency and e-commerce settings.
- Expertise with Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Familiarity with various advertisement ecosystems across all major social media platforms.
- Proficiency with Excel, Google Analytics, TripleWhale, and Shopify backend.
- Experience managing multiple clients with monthly budgets ranging between $50,000-$500,000+ per client.
